Ripstop is a military innovation, often used in uniforms and parachutes — traditionally, it’s woven using a special technique that creates a fine crosshatch pattern, making it both lightweight and incredibly resistant to tearing. This take (a favorite of Todd’s from the collection) is slightly iridescent, with a hexagonal pattern, in a modern update on the classic. Practical details include roomy cargo pockets, waterproof zippers and a built-in nylon webbing belt with buckle.
