We offer the following shipping options:

    • Order Price: $0 - $59.99 USD
    • Shipping Cost: $7.90 USD
  • Expedited Shipping (Estimated 3-7 Business Days)

    • Available for all orders
    • Shipping Cost: $15.90 USD
  • Free Shipping (Estimated 7-15 Business Days)

    • Order Price: $60 USD and above
    • Shipping Cost: $0 USD
Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the processing time and shipping time:
  • For Standard Delivery: 8-18 working days (1-3 days for processing + 7-15 days for shipping).
  • For Expedited Delivery: 4-10 working days (1-3 days for processing + 3-7 days for shipping).
*Please note all delivery time frames provided are estimates only once dispatched from our warehouse. Please also note all timeframes provided are from when your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s weight and delivery location. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: $7.90 USD (for orders between $0 - $59.99 USD)
  • Expedited Shipping: $15.90 USD (for all orders)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $60 USD (within the U.S. only)

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Birdy Grey Dept is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in investigating the issue and, if applicable, file a claim with the carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by issuing a refund or sending a replacement, depending on the situation.
